Support Agreements

Hysitron designs, produces, and services the most reliable and technically advanced nanomechanical testing instruments available.  Our instruments are routinely used on cutting edge materials research, and our customers are leaders in their respective disciplines. Hysitron has proven experience in these fields and specializes in instrumentation design, application development, and maintenance. Our support agreements have been tailored to let us do what we do best so you can concentrate on what you do best.

Support Agreement Features

There are several different components available in Hysitron support agreements. Each is designed to provide you with years of worry-free operation. Our support agreements are designed to put the cost and responsibility of instrument maintenance on us, and let you concentrate on nanomechanical testing. Our goal is threefold:

  1. Preventative and Predictive action to ensure the instrument continues to operate within specification
  2. In the unlikely event of a failure, to diagnose and fix the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, with no extra cost to you
  3. Ensure proper calibrations and operations procedures are being performed in order to obtain reliable nanomechanical testing results

All of our support agreements include all costs of parts and labor (with exception of the self maintainer) as well as priority processing of these repairs. They also include priority technical support via phone and email. We can also utilize new technology for remote operation and troubleshooting of problems in real time. Software updates are also included in order to ensure your system has the latest capabilities and bug fixes.
