Through extensive testing and service experience, the NRL has encountered many different materials and hence proven it's expertise in characterization of materials such as metals, semiconductors, ceramics, polymers, and biomaterials. The Nanomechanics Research Laboratory has the capability of testing samples in various forms, such as bulk materials, thin films, powders, composites and soft materials in RT and in fluid environment. NRL is also actively involved in writing 'tech notes' periodically. Examples of some tech notes are listed below.
