Please fill out the following form to confirm your registration for the European meeting.  All participants must register by September 15, 2008 in order to receive the workshop material in time.

For your convenience, a limited number of rooms at special discounted rates have been negotiated for participants.  However, early booking is essential to secure a room.

The following list shows the discounted hotel rates associated with the workshop.  Please note that all registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservation.
