In Conjunction with the TMS Conference, this Hysitron-sponsored Workshop will feature presentations from top researchers in the Nanomechanical Testing Community.  The topics will focus on the New Testing Methodologies being developed and adopted to address key challenges in nanoscale characterization of materials, while targeting popular and emerging application areas in both academic and industrial research communities.  All researchers and students in the field of Nanotechnology are encouraged to attend this free half-day Workshop.

 

 

Confirmed speakers include:

Professor William Nix of Stanford University (keynote), Dr. Mahesh Mankani of the University of California San Francisco, Professor Andrew Minor of the University of California Berkeley, Professor David Bahr of the Washington State University, Professor Andrea Hodge of the University of Southern California and Dr. Corinne Packard of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The meeting is free of charge for those in the Nanotechnology Community.
