We are pleased to announce a workshop on Nanomechanical Testing to be held on June 10th, 2008 at the UCLA campus.
This "Frontiers of Materials Characterization" workshop, co-organized by Hysitron, Inc. and UCLA, will provide a forum for researchers from both academia and industry to present and discuss the latest advances in cutting-edge nanoscale materials characterization techniques and their uses for diverse applications. Anyone in the nanomechanical community is encouraged to attend, and as you will see from our speaker list below, there is an exciting range of topics to be covered, from microelectronics to biomaterials and thin films, just to name a few.
Professors, students, and other researchers are encouraged to register online at www.hysitron.com/uclaworkshop2008 to reserve a place. Space is limited, so registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Confirmed speakers are automatically registered and do not need to fill out the online form.
