Hysitron European Workshop & Users Meeting dates:
Hysitron User Meeting: Wednesday, October 29th, 9a.m. to 12 p.m.
Hysitron Workshop: Wednesday, October 29th, 12p.m. to 18 p.m.
Thursday, October 30th, 9a.m. to 16 p.m.
Workshop Oral Presentations: Participants are invited to submit a short 1page abstract; a program of invited and submitted talks will be set up and announced in summer.
Poster Session: Participants will also have the chance to report their work by displaying posters in the seminar room. The posters should be portrait format A0.
Meeting Location: The User Meeting and Workshop will take place in the seminar room at the Tagungshotel Ismaning (details below). Most people will be arriving Tuesday night.

Ismaning is just 20 minutes by S-Bahn from Munich Airport and is situated also just 20 minutes Northeast of Munich City Center.
Cost of the meeting: Hysitron will cover the costs of the meeting, including coffee breaks. However, you will be responsible for your own travel to Munich, and your hotel costs during the conference.
